FALL in Love with Winery
A couple of weeks ago my friends and I went to a winery that we found on Groupon. It was a special offer wine and chocolate tasting from Old York Winery for four people for only $21 (The offer is still going on if you are ever in NY/NJ/PA area)! Who can say no to that?! So we picked a beautiful weekend day to dress up for this cute little getaway.
It's actually my first wine tasting experience (even though I love my wine) so I was super excited. For the tasting you can choose six different kinds of wine from their cellar and they have a sheet telling you which kind of wine pairs best with the chocolates (ranging from milk to dark chocolate).
The winery itself was stunning, guests can freely wander in the vineyard and bring food to eat. We decided to have a cute little picnic on the vineyard with pasta, devil eggs, hummus dip, cheese board, and macaroons. And of course, you can't forget about the wine! Everything was so delicious, and I gotta say, my friends can cook!
I had a such fun time hanging out with my friends and it's definitely a great hang out idea when you have a group of people living in all different places to catch up!
